Gratitude Monday in yo face. Maybe you're off today, maybe you're not, but either way you will benefit by giving thanks to start your week! I have to teaching this morning so I'll get right to it!
1) Gabby Bernstein's interview with David Asprey on his podcast! I can't wait to read her new book, "Judgment Detox."
2) Saturday night I took the 11:30p train home, and as we approach the stop where my cousin would get off, I hear my name!! "LINDSAY!!! OMG!" Turns out the entire ride home my cousin and I were sitting on the same car but didn't know it! The last 5 minutes of my trip home were the best ever!!
3) Quiet Time. Solitutde. Meditation. Journaling. Visualization exercises. Being home and being patient to build up my schedule again is leaving ample time for me to utilize my grounding tools to find clarity, understanding and process my belief systems and such. This weekend I did a lot of "work." With the new moon coming up I"m feeling ready, guided and excited for what this year will bring. I want to make sure I feel connected to MYSELF, my most important relationship.
