Lindsay Pirozzi, MS, CRC, began her yoga practice in Upstate New York,  at the start of 2010. A former Division 1 soccer player and practicing rehabilitation counselor, Lindsay immediately felt yoga’s positive overall health contribution to her life, nourishing her desire for physical
challenge, emotional balance and self-discipline. She was so taken, in fact, that she was eventually moved to dedicate part of her life to spreading yoga’s good will. 

 

In 2013, Lindsay gained her 200-hour teaching certification through the Skillful Action Teacher Training and is so excited to share what she has learned with the yoga community! Lindsay has also obtained her Barkan Method Vinyasa Level II/III Certification, as well as 200- hour teaching certificates wiyh Jennilee Toner's Hot Warrior Yoga Training and Amy Lucky with Yoga Loft Naples. 

 

Lindsay enjoys working with athletes and helping them explore injury prevention, focus and deeper breathing. Lindsay obtained her Crossfit Level 1 Certification, as well as Barre Fitness certification to help all walks of life enhance their sport of choice.

Currently working at a clinic for addictions and disordered eating, Lindsay combines her academia with her knowledge of yoga and meditation for therapeutic use. 

 

Lindsay has also been paramount in igniting the paddle board yoga community in Upstate New York and Naples, Florida thanks to her adventurous outdoor spirit, contagious spirit and low-pressure teaching MO.

But whether in the water or in the studio Lindsay is known to offer an upbeat class experience that leaves practitioners feeling cleansed and optimistic.
