Grateful.


Second Monday of the new year and I'm back on my Gratitude Monday grind! Last week I paused to offer a special 10% discount for my Costa Rica retreat! So excited as the group slowly grows. The offer lasts till January 12th, feel free to email me for details!! This week however, it's back to gratitude journaling and starting the week off on the best foot ever. What are you thankful for today!!?

1) Soul Cycle. I don't love spinning or cycling but I do love SOUL. Really you could pair anything with loud, GOOD, music and I'd be down. I am going to try to go every Monday when my schedule allows because it's a wonderful way to kick off the week.

2) ASHLEY DIXON. What a babe. She surprised me at my Yin class yesterday. Sundays and Yin are the perfect pair, and followed by coffee with your bestie, it's even better. Ashley and I grew up 10 minutes from each other on Long Island, however we didn't meet until moving to Naples. I AM SO THANKFUL TO TRAVEL MY PATH WHILE SHE TRAVELS HERS. Together, supporting, cheering for each other. THE BEST.

3) Having breakfast with my grandma. I just made her ham and eggs and soon I will take her to physical therapy. I understand that building up to a full time yoga class schedule takes time, so while I do have a more lenient schedule I am so thankful to help out the woman i love so much. I was on a date the other night and I kept talking about my grandma, to which I realized, "hmmm this is probably not ideal." BUT, yolo. I warned him I'm obsessed with my grandma, and we went out again, so I guess he digs it. HA.

Take time to write down, speak out loud, or just run through 3 things you are grateful for today and ALL days! OH, and how about Oprah last night?!?! Yea grateful for her too and that entire award ceremony paying homage to what's so necessary. Love you, LP.
