Strong To The Finish...


Jaime and I are tapping into our inner Popeye's today. For Day 9 of Yuletide YouTime, we want you to ADD more veggies to your day. Juice, smoothie, salad, side of broccoli. ANYTHING. You don't need to take anything away just ADD more. As the BIG DAY is so close we don't need anyone sugar crashing from all the cookies and holiday treats. Adding hydrating veggies like cucumbers and celery will help to balance out all the not so hydrating foods. Stop, drop and VEGGIE, babies!!! Get to it!!! Happy Weekend, love you, LP.
