Special weekend blog post for Yuletide YouTime!!! Jaime and I think we should all hydrate a little extra today and sleep a little longer tomorrow!! So TODAY fill your body with magical H20. In the winter time you may not feel as thirsty as in the warmer temps, but your body still needs it. A helpful tip I suggest, is to drink your water at room temperature so that it goes down a bit faster! This is an Aryuvedic technique to help our internal fires/digestion to function properly! Don't feel stressed if you have holiday parties. You can OPT OUT of drinking alcohol. I brought a La Croix to Whiskey Park last night, because #idowhatiwant. IF you are drinking some adult bevy's tonight, two glasses of water for each alcoholic drink.
Tomorrow!!! Get into bed 30 minutes earlier than usual!! DO IT. This is a no brainer, after a weekend full of festivities, start your week off with a little extra beauty sleep. Those zzzz's will help your bod get through the week. Try to maintain this 30 minute rule until Santa and his sleigh get to your house.
