Day Two!


Yuletide YouTime is in FULL effect! Jaimie and I had such lovely feedback for day 1. Today, we want you to remember your breath! Easier said than done sometimes. So, today, start now, 3 expansive inhales and exhales. Feel and see your ribs and chest move. Put your hands on your chest, or lie down on the floor to feel your back expand when you sip that good good, otherwise known as OXYGEN. Again, we're not looking for an hour of meditation, even if its only one breath at the top of every hour. Inhale for 5, exhale for 5. Even, rich, grounding, full BREATHS! Mmmmmm!! Yes. It's a ripple effect I promise, for you, and for the people around you.
