It's Here!!!


On the first day of <self care> Christmas, Jaime and Lindsay gave to me....MOVEMENT. Anyway you want, just move that bod! Today marks day 1 of Yuletide YouTime. Hop on the self care train, and do it with us. Your body and mind will thank you once Christmas rolls around. The techniques we share will be realistic for your busy schedule so that this doesn't become something else you can judge yourself about for NOT getting to. Believe me, self care can be tricky. All the shoulda, coulda, woulda we put on ourself, so we want to make sure to avoid that at all costs!

So for today, whether its 15 minutes of walking, 90 minutes of yoga, 10 push ups every hour, OR a DANCE PARTY while you're waiting for your coffee to brew a la Jaime. MOVE THAT BEAUTIFUL BOD!!!
